Resilience offers career coaching services in a span of 6 sessions. The individuals determine if they would like their sessions to be consecutive or spread out over time. The career coaching services are divided into 6-focused sessions that are tailored to help people walk away with a detailed plan for success:

Session 1- Career and Personality Assessment

Session 2-Skills and Interest Inventory

Session 3-Success Plan & Resume Builder

Session 4- Coaching Plan Development

Session 5- Putting it all Together

Session 6- Next steps and moving forward

The initial session is $50, and the following sessions are $40. Clients can determine whether they want to participate in all six sessions or one or more. If a client has completed the “Building Your Ark” Course found in Resilience Seminars, the session schedule will look different, and the cost will be discounted.
